Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Representative with deep iGaming expertise to lead our commercial expansion in this fast-moving vertical.

You will own the full sales cycle, from opportunity scouting to closing high-impact deals with operators, platform providers, and regulatory bodies. As a core member of our growth team, you’ll help establish Gataca as the identity standard for iGaming worldwide.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone with industry relationships, strategic insight, and the drive to build something new.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Gataca’s footprint across the global iGaming ecosystem.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of operators, B2B platform providers and regulators.
  • Lead the full sales cycle—prospecting, pitching, stakeholder management, negotiation, and closing.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and tailored proposals that address client onboarding, KYC, age assurance, fraud prevention, and compliance needs.
  • Identify and contribute to RFI/RFP responses in partnership with product and technical teams.
  • Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and regulatory shifts.
  • Represent Gataca at iGaming conferences, trade shows, and industry events as a speaker, exhibitor, or ambassador.
  • Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers across Europe and beyond.
  • Collaborate internally to ensure seamless resource allocation, forecasting, and target achievement.

Who You Are

Required

  • 5+ years of proven experience in the iGaming industry, ideally within platform providers, B2B tech vendors, or regulatory bodies.
  • Strong network across iGaming operators, platforms, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Passionate about the future of digital identity, KYC transformation, and compliance innovation.
  • Europe based

Preferred

  • Proven success in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, regtech, or compliance-driven sales.
  • Experience selling to senior stakeholders in regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with age verification, identity verification, or risk/fraud technologies.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • English proficiency is a must-have (additional European languages a plus).
